GENERAL INFORMATION
You don’t need to wait in any queue to top up your wristband balance — you’ll have the opportunity to do so from your phone, without leaving your spot, using MB WAY or another online top-up method!
If you’re one of those “skeptics,” good news: we thought of you too. Inside the venue there will be several wristband top-up points where you can load your wristband using MB WAY, credit/debit card, or cash.
With the RFM SOMNII Intermarché Cashless wristband, users can pay for drinks, food, merchandise, and activities. Tobacco products and VIP Table purchases (consumption may be made with wristbands, but the purchase itself cannot) are not covered by wristband payments and must be handled on-site.
Each user can check their wristband balance in their Personal Account or at any point of sale or top-up station at RFM SOMNII Intermarché.
Loss or misplacement of the wristband is entirely the user’s responsibility. Should this occur inside the venue, the user must go to the Cashless Support point, where a new wristband will be issued — for new top-ups and purchases only. The balance from the lost/misplaced wristband cannot be transferred to the new one.
As loss or misplacement of the wristband is the user’s responsibility, the issuance of a new one carries an activation fee of €5.
By using the Cashless system, the user implicitly agrees to the terms and conditions. Any questions regarding Cashless should be sent to info@rfmsomnii.com.
TOP-UPS
RFM SOMNII Intermarché recommends topping up your wristband before the event through the Personal Account created by each dreamer on the RFM SOMNII Intermarché website, in order to avoid queues and simplify the entire process.
In the Personal Account, top-ups can be made using:
- Credit/Debit Card;
- MB WAY.
Wristband top-ups can also be made at the event, at the various top-up points located inside and outside the venue. At these points, the following payment methods will be accepted:
- Credit/Debit Card;
- Cash;
- MB WAY.
The minimum top-up amount is €5
REQUEST FOR INVOICE WITH TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
By using the Cashless wristband system, you agree to electronic invoicing and acknowledge that you can download your consumption invoices through your Personal Account by scanning the QR code on your cashless wristband and going to the “Transactions” section.
If you want the invoice to include your tax number, you must enter it for each invoice. Invoices can be found in the “Transactions” section. If you do not enter your tax number, the invoice will be issued without it. You can add multiple tax numbers based on the type of consumption.
All invoices are delivered exclusively digitally through your Personal Account, and you can edit the billing information for each invoice.
No paper invoices will be issued at the event in accordance with the event’s environmental and sustainability policy. For any questions or clarifications, please visit the Cashless Support at the event.
REFUNDS
Refund requests for the remaining balance on the wristband may be submitted from Wednesday, 19 July, starting at 9:00 AM, until 6:00 PM on 20 July 2026. Only refund requests submitted within these dates will be considered. After 6:00 PM on 20 July 2026, it will no longer be possible to submit any refund request.
Refund requests are made through the Personal Account, accessible by scanning the QR code on the event wristband or via the ticket reference.
Each refund request carries an associated fee of €2.50, relating to operational costs, which will be deducted from the remaining wristband balance.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be processed, counting from the day after the close of the request period.
No refunds will be processed during the event.
